There is growing evidence that by incorporating work life balance into the ethos of our working practices and culture, the potential benefit to both organisations and individuals is enormous.

This one day work life balance training course is specifically aimed at those people in large and small organisations who need to review their current work life balance practices and to set in place a strategy and framework for the future.

  • Understand the drivers surrounding work life balance and “jargon bust” to ensure an understanding of terms

  • How to make a case for WLB
  • Common problems, recognising behaviours that sabotage balance
  • Reviewing useful case studies for ideas
  • The Work Life Balance model
  • Practical exercise – benchmark & strategy
  • Developing & implementing WLB policies
  • Practical exercise – your action plan

The Work Life Balance training course is limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course costs cover the training workshop, a set of comprehensive course notes, lunch, refreshments and an attendance certificate.
