Kanban Training Course

Our one day Kanban training course is ideally suited to manufacturing, operations and material professionals of all levels. Kanban is generally used as part of a lean manufacturing philosophy. Kanban is the basis of a ‘pull’ scheduling system which seeks to ensure the upstream processes supply or make only as required by downstream operations.

Kanban Courses are limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course cost covers the training session, a comprehensive set of course notes, lunch and refreshments.
