A one day training course on the simple and cost effective measures you can take to reduce your organisation's carbon footprint.

This course is aimed that those individuals or teams responsible for developing and implementing an energy strategy within an organisation.

What you will learn

At the end of the course delegates will be able to

• Understand the various policies which can be incorporated in an energy strategy
• Develop an energy stratgy for their own organisation

Course Content

This one day energy in your organisation training seminar introduces and explains the main energy technologies including:-

• Legislative framework
• Energy efficiency in your building
• Renewable energy for your organisation
• Transport Issues
• Effecting behavioural changes amongst employees
• Case Studies on steps taken by other organisations effecting change
• Carbon neutrality - how can this be achieved, can we offset?
• A look at the energy policies of other organisations

The Energy in your Organisation course is limited to a maximum of sixteen delegates to allow for an effective workshop session at the end of the day and to allow plenty of opportunity for delegates to ask questions.  Course costs include the seminar, a copy of the presentations, lunch and refreshments.  Anyone with special dietary requirements should make their needs known at the time of booking.

This is a non-residential training course.  This course can be delivered in house if required.
