Aster Training provides a comprehensive range of open training courses for delegates of all levels and experience.

Our open training courses have been developed from the work experiences of our trainers and interim managers thus ensuring that course content is practically orientated, representative of best practise throughout industry and indicative of the type of real life scenarios delegates will face in their working environment. Course theory is delivered using practical interactive business games and role plays ensuring the learning experience is fun, informative and inclusive.

Our Training Venues

Our open training courses are held at one of two venues, Mitchell Hall, Cranfield University or the REGUS Offices in Milton Keynes.

Commercial considerations

Cranfield/REGUS courses are non-residential and the costs of each course covers refreshments throughout the working day (9am-5pm), a cold buffet lunch, a comprehensive set of course notes and an attendance certificate.

We restrict the number of delegates on each open training course to a maximum of twelve. This ensures that all attendees receive training relevant to their needs in a relaxed, informal environment. We make use of the latest audio-visual equipment in some role play exercises so that delegates can observe their own performances in the practical sessions.

Discounts are given if more than one delegate attends from one company, however we recommend that each company do not send more than two delegates at any one time. Part of the learning experience from each course is the benefit to the delegate of networking with individuals from different backgrounds, companies and sectors.

Cleared funds must be available in our account 7 days in advance of the delegates taking up their place on the appropriate course. Delegates cancelling their course bookings within 7 working days of the course due date will still be required to pay for the course in full.

Prices are correct at the time of publishing, but may be varied in line with market conditions from time to time.
