How we work?

In order to gain a better understanding of your business we offer all prospective clients a free ½ day consultancy period. One of our trainers will visit your site to gain an insight into your businesses products or services, individual training requirements and industry jargon so that we can then tailor a bespoke course that is not only relevant to your needs but also presented in a style and manner that fits in with your corporate culture using ‘language’ and ‘examples’ which the delegates can relate to.

All delegates receive a comprehensive set of course notes and an attendance certificate upon successful completion of a course.

Commercial Considerations

We restrict the number of delegates on each on site training course to a maximum of twelve. This ensures that all attendees receive training relevant to their needs in a relaxed, informal environment. Discounts may be given on delegate rates depending upon the number of delegates per course.

Cleared funds must be available in our account 7 working days in advance of the delegates taking up their place on the appropriate course. No refunds are available should you cancel your course booking with less than 7 working days notice.

Prices are correct at the time of publishing, but may be varied in line with market conditions from time to time.
