Mapping? Our one day value stream mapping training course is suitable
for demonstrating the improvements that can be made to both office and
factory processes. This one day value stream mapping training course is
ideally suited to senior executives and managers from all disciplines.
What
is Value Stream Mapping? Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a diagnostic
tool used to differentiate those company wide processes that add value
and create wealth from those that generate waste and ultimately reduce
customer satisfaction. Value Stream Mapping allows us to visualise the
flow of materials and information through our company and pictorially
identifies areas of waste along the way. Whether you work in an office
or in a factory, the knowledge gained from our value stream mapping
training course can be used to make lasting permanent change.
