| Course Overview A 3 day, non-residential project management training course. This course is suitable for Project Managers, Project Consultants, Project Planners, Project Estimators, Resource Managers, Team Managers, Supervisors, Project Support Staff, Project Assurance Staff or anyone requiring more than a basic knowledge of Prince2™. What you will learn Following on from the PRINCE2 overview course, the Foundation course adds a significant amount of knowledge and understanding of how all the processes, components and techniques work together to achieve the successful delivery of a Prince2™ project. Prior to the course, each delegate will be sent the Prince2™ manual together with some suggested pre-course work and a reading list, in order that they become familiar with the Prince2™ concepts. It is essential to the successful delivery of this course that the pre-course work is completed. Foundation Examination The examination is made up of 75 multiple-choice questions to be completed within 1 hour, taken at the end of the third day and provides a specific and measurable assessment of the skills gained. Delegates should be aware that some evening study will be required on days one and two, in order to assist in the successful completion of the examination. The PRINCE2 Foundation Training Course is limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course costs cover the training sessions, a comprehensive set of course notes, lunch, refreshments and the examination. This course can be delivered in-house if required. Cost is exclusive of VAT which is chargeable at the current rate.
