Elements of the course content are trained using innovative role play where the delegates are required to act out the assembly operations of a ‘fictitious’ manufacturing company.
The introduction to lean manufacturing training course is limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course costs cover the two training sessions, a comprehensive set of course notes, lunch, refreshments and an attendance certificate.
