Do you have the ability to be a Great Leader?

Our two day leadership training course has been designed to develop the leadership skills of individuals ranging from team leaders through to middle managers. This course involves the development of practical leadership skills via the use of interactive role play sessions.

On the second day of the training course, delegates get the opportunity to lead a 'fictitious' company through the trials and tribulations of a financial year.

Designed to develop leadership skills, build confidence and motivate each delegate. A personal development programme will be identified for each delegate as part of the course.

• Gaining acceptance of change
• Is charisma important?
• Management by Objectives
• Management by Wandering Around (MBWA)
• Effective Communication
• Team Building
• The importance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Creation of a personal development plan to develop each delegates potential
• Elements of the course content require the delegates to participate in interactive role play

Courses are limited to a maximum of twelve delegates. Course costs cover the two training sessions, a comprehensive set of course notes, lunch, refreshments and an attendance certificate.
